FAQ

Do you ship seeds internationally?

No. Our items are available for shipping within the US only. Unfortunately due to phytosanitary certificate requirements, we can not ship seeds internationally.  

Can I pick up my order?

Seeds, plants and produce are available for pickup at the farm market. Some of our farm market gear is shipped from an outside provider. The item will denote if pickup is available. 

Online Purchases

To reduce our carbon footprint we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Since many of our online items are customized with our logo—we do not offer returns and exchanges of online purchases. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at reebsfarmmarket@gmail.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 


Delivery


When will I get my order? Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: ● USA: 3–4 business days 


My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at reebsfarmmarket@gmail.com with your order number. 

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. 

Orders

How are your products made?  We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. 

How do I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at reebsfarmmarket@gmail.com. We do not respond to messages through social media.  

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer bulk or wholesale prices?

We are not a wholesale provider. However, we are happy to discuss bulk purchasing and pricing. Please email us at reebsfarmmarket@gmail.com. 

Donations

We love giving back to our community. We have provided pumpkins to local K-12 classrooms and sponsored baseball teams in the county. Please feel free to email us about any classroom or community needs. If we have the product available we're happy to help! 

Sustainable Shipping

Reeb's Farm Market works with on-demand suppliers for many of the items found in our online store. This way we can produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction. Our printing partner’s high-quality printing tech creates almost no wastewaters and uses less energy than standard industry printers. 

You may receive a shipping box that has a different logo or includes bubble wrap or other non-paper packaging that we have previously received and are reusing to reduce our consumption. We encourage you to repurpose your packing materials as well!
