Exchanges and Refund Policy

 

Seeds, Plants, and Produce

Seeds are available for shipping within the U.S. only. Unfortunately due to phytosanitary certificate requirements, we can not ship seeds internationally. 


Plants and produce are pickup only.  


All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Email us at reebsfarmmarket@gmail.com with any concerns within 10 business days of receiving your order. Include your Order # in the subject line and a summary of the problem, including photos if applicable. We do not respond to messages through social media.

 

We will process a replacement order or issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Seeds and plants are live products that depend on many important factors including location, temperature, availability of plant nutrients, and moisture. These factors also interact with many unknown environmental factors (e.g., weather) which may determine your seed/plant’s performance. Losses due to improper storage, growing conditions, or care are not covered.


In-Store Merchandise

New and unused/unworn items and merchandise (does not include plants/seeds/produce) purchased in-store or at a farmers market may be exchanged or returned for a refund. Contact us within 10 business days of pickup for return instructions. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the purchase price less 25% restock fee. 


Online Merchandise

To reduce our carbon footprint we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Since many of our online items are customized with our logo—we do not offer returns and exchanges of online purchases. However, if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at reebsfarmmarket@gmail.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 


Reminder: Please lead with kindness and positive intent as we do with each and every customer. We are a small family business and not a big box store. We are our own customer service department so you will be working with us directly. We will respond to your emails as quickly as possible as we appreciate you choosing to purchase locally and from our small business.
